Alhamdulilah the Chicken Tikka Roti Gatsby at the Food INN in the CBD (156 Long St, Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town, 8000) has had me dreaming of it for weeks. For anyone visiting Cape Town go there for a life changing "sandwich " 🎉

The way I laughed out loud at the TAP water in the orange juice.... My lovely Nicole, that is not Tap water in your juice, it's BLACK SALT or Kala Namak and yes it does smell and taste a bit sulphur-y but trust me, it's really good for you. It's basically Himalayan rock salt, deep heated in a kiln. It's really good for your digestion, which is why it's usually used as a final seasoning for many street foods that contain Raw fruits and Vegetables.
